AQHA World and Select World Show Entry Information

All open, amateur and Select amateur AQHA exhibitors are invited to enter the 2021 Farnam AQHA World Championship Show; AQHA Select World Championship Show, presented by Adequan® (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan); Adequan® Level 2 Championships; and Nutrena Level 1 Championships, slated for October 28 – November 20 at the OKC Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City. Entries will close September 15 with additional entry options available through October 10 with a late fee.

As a reminder, qualifying was waived for all classes, with the exception of an alternative qualifying requirement for open-division roping classes. Read more information.

“We are very pleased to host this year’s Farnam AQHA World and Adequan® Select World and offer a full schedule of events, including four additional show days in 2021,” said Justin Billings, AQHA chief show officer. “We are grateful to welcome all open, amateur and Select amateur exhibitors to this year’s show and excited to watch them compete with their American Quarter Horses for top honors and a chance at winning the coveted gold globe and over $2 million in cash and prizes. Qualifying is waived, with the exception of the open roping classes, so now is your chance to experience an AQHA championship show!”

Entry Information

Exhibitors interested in competing at the 2021 Farnam AQHA World, Adequan® Select World, Adequan® Level 2 Championships and Nutrena Level 1 Championships can access the entry form online. The entry deadline is September 15; there are also two late-entry options available through September 25 and October 10 with a late fee.

New Class Fee Structure

New this year, exhibitors will pay a flat entry fee for each class entered based on the class’s level. Farnam AQHA World and Adequan® Select World classes will not require a per class office fee or drug testing fee in 2021. This entry fee covers the class itself and associated prizes.

  • Level 3 classes – $275 per class
  • Adequan® Level 2 classes – $200 per class
  • Nutrena Level 1 classes – $125 per class

The following events will pay a required purse fee associated with each class, which will be paid back at 100%. The purse fees were set by industry experts and fellow competitors from the respective show subcommittee.

  • Cutting
  • Reining
  • Roping
  • Ranch Sorting
  • Team Penning
  • Working Cow Horse/Boxing

The following events have the opportunity to pay the optional jackpot fee associated with each class, which will be paid back at 100%. The jackpot fees were also set by industry experts and fellow competitors from the respective show subcommittee.

  • All-around
  • Halter
  • Over-fences
  • Rail
  • Ranch riding
  • Ranch trail
  • Speed

At the annual AQHA Convention, the Show Committee will review member feedback about the purse and jackpot fees to determine potential adjustments.

Returning to the Farnam AQHA World and Adequan® Select World

Returning to the Farnam AQHA World and Adequan® Select World is the 42nd Annual Triangle Fall Horse Sale. Specializing in western performance American Quarter Horses, the Triangle Horse Sale has a reputation as one of the most versatile consignment horse sales in the country. The sale is anticipated to attract high-quality horses and create an amazing marketplace during the first Friday and Saturday of the show, October 29 and 30.

Leveling Eligibility

Be sure to check your eligibility before you enter. Exhibitors can confirm an exhibitor or horse’s level at www.aqha.com/leveling. View the list of open and amateur exhibitors who are ineligible to show horses in the Adequan® Level 2 Championships.
