AQHA Foundation Benefit Luncheon Scheduled For 2014 Convention

The American Quarter Horse Foundation Luncheon is scheduled for noon to 1:30 p.m. on March 9 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans during the 2014 American Quarter Horse Association Convention.
Each year, AQHA holds an annual convention filled with events and activities for AQHA members – general membership meetings, committee meetings, banquets, receptions and much more. The 2014 AQHA Convention is March 7-10 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans in New Orleans. This year, the convention features a Foundation Benefit Luncheon, hosted by the Foundation Ambassadors.
The Foundation Benefit Luncheon showcases the work of the Foundation and honors its volunteers. This year’s luncheon is underwritten by Heritage Place. The doors will open at 11 a.m. and guests will be invited to browse silent-auction gift baskets while enjoying wine hosted by Andreini & Co. Advance registration is required and tickets are $50 per person. Seating is limited so be sure to add it to your convention registration form on www.aqha.com/convention.
The 2014 AQHA commemorative convention pin also benefits the Foundation. The pin is available with a $50 donation to the Foundation, which can be made on the convention registration form on www.aqha.com/convention.
Registration for convention can be done in two easy ways. Members can register online or by filling out and mailing in the registration form available in the January issue of AQHA magazines.

Hotel rooms for the 2014 AQHA Convention are filling up fast. The room rate is $199 for a single or $219 for a double.
