𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀: Every horse must have a paid stall. Stalls purchased by August 23 are available for $75 per stall. Stalls purchased after August 23 incur an additional $15 fee per stall. After August 23, stalls will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the stall office.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Priority stalling will be given to sponsors, by level and date sponsorship payment was received. All remaining stalls are available on a first-come, first-paid basis. Stalling preference cannot be guaranteed. Stall assignments will be released on September 1.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽: Please coordinate with the other individuals in your stall group to determine your stall group name. Exhibitors that incorrectly identify their stalling group or purchase stalls after August 23 are not guaranteed to be stalled together.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀: All stall sales are considered final on August 23. Stalls will be pre-assigned and must be reserved and paid before assignment.

𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺: A separate online entry form will need to be submitted for each horse and exhibitor pair. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon receipt of payment. Please keep this email for your records.

𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: Entries may be scratched or substituted up to 11:59 p.m. on August 23 for no cost. Exhibitors will be responsible for payment for classes that are scratched after August 23. Entries, substitutions, and class changes made after August 23 incur an additional $15 fee per class.

𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆: Exhibitors may not cross-enter in Walk Trot or Walk Jog classes and classes that require a lope or a canter. Horses are welcome to show in both categories with separate exhibitors.
