The Pennsylvania Quarter Horse Association hosted their Mid-Summer Madness July 17-21 at the Centre County Grange Fairgrounds. With over $10,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs, and six full AQHA shows over the course of the four-day event, AQHA exhibitors from across the country flocked to Pennsylvania for the show.
Judges for the show were Jennifer Goss, Dolly Chayer, Rob Meneely, Nancy Sue Ryan, Theodore Grose, and Will Knabenshue.
Winning the Amateur All-Around at the show was Sarah Lebsock with Version Of Goodbar. The Reserve Champion was Adam Parks with The RockNRoll Cowboy. Open All Around was Rickie Bryner with with Let’s Ride. The Select High Point was Kimberly Best with Check This Machine. The Reserve Champion was Jennifer Michaels with PSU Willy Be Krymsun.
The 13 and Under All Around was Violet Shetler with Sterling Assets. The Reserve Champion was Ella Thompson with Lopen Assets. Catrina Guenther rode Zippos Kat Man Do to win 14-18 All Around. The Reserve Champion was Rickie Bryner with Lets Ride.
The Level 1 Youth High Point was Nicole Griffo with Hez A Croud Pleaser. The Level 1 Reserve Youth was Terri Anne Irvine with Shes Talkin In Code. The Level 1 Amateur High Point was Taylor Lewis with Shez Willy Cool. The Reserve Champion was Taylor Ritchey with Zippos Wimpy Sue.
The Small Fry winner was Eleanor Ott with The Only Leadin Lady. The Reserve Champion was Kenidee Thomas with Zippin Dandy Doll. The EWD Champion was Tanner Hollabaugh with Too Tuff To Kiss.
