The Built Ford Tough AQHYA World Championship Show is August 1-10 at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City and features the world’s top youth riders and their American Quarter Horses. Congratulations to this year’s qualifiers! If you received a qualifier packet in the mail, please review this additional information before submitting your entries to your youth adviser.

  • The qualifier packets sent out included information on potential state and provincial entries.
  • If you did not nationally qualify in your respective class or classes, then you must apply through your state or provincial affiliate to be considered for 2019 Ford Youth World qualification through your state or province.
  • AQHA reserves six state entries per class over and above the national qualifying spots.
  • Make sure you follow-up with your adviser to gather more information on how to compete at this year’s show.

The Ford Youth World is the world’s largest, single-breed world championship horse show open exclusively to youth exhibitors age 18 and under. This is the pinnacle event for youth competitors around the world who must qualify for the event by earning a predetermined number of points to secure a spot in each of the classes, representing English, western and halter disciplines, or earn an invitation through their state or provincial affiliate.
