Flying first class!

The Washington International Horse Show just announced their partnership with Delta Air Lines to provide riders, trainers, vendors, sponsors, and spectators with savings of up to 25% on airline ticket travel!

Who thinks this would be an outstanding idea to institute at the All American Quarter Horse Congress, APHA World Show, or AQHA World Show?…

The 2018 Washington International Horse Show (WIHS), which will celebrate its 60th anniversary from October 23-28 at Capital One Arena in downtown Washington, D.C., is proud to offer significant travel savings to its competitors, spectators, and fans through the Delta Air Lines Meeting Network®. Delta Air Lines is the Official Airline of the Washington International Horse Show.

The partnership between Delta Air Lines and WIHS includes savings of up to 25% on airline tickets for travel within the U.S. and Canada, as well as overseas to transatlantic destinations. The special discount is available to all riders, trainers, vendors, sponsors, and visitors to the historic event.

“We are thrilled to enter into a partnership with Delta Air Lines. Travel has become a huge part of the show jumping industry, and we are very excited to introduce a program which is both valuable to our clientele and also innovative within the horse show community,” said WIHS President Vicki Lowell. “Being a part of the Delta Meeting Network® is yet another added value that we are excited to introduce during our 60th anniversary year in Washington D.C.”

Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer its Meeting Network® program to WIHS and sponsor the Delta Winner’s Circle during the week of the show.

“We’re excited to be supporting the Washington International Horse Show as part of our commitment to the Washington D.C. area,” said Heather Wingate, Delta’s Senior Vice President of Government Affairs. “We want to attract the highest caliber of events to our Nation’s capital, and flying people from all over the world to take part in these spectacular events is what we do best. We’re looking forward to horse show competitors and visitors experiencing Delta’s unmatched reliability and renowned customer service.”
