NSBA Youth of the Year- Anna Lia Sullivan
Anna Lia Sullivan has long been passionate about horses and began volunteering at therapeutic riding centers at fourteen. As President of AjPHA, she chose to help raise awareness and increase participation in the EWD classes at APHA shows. Her service project, CHAMPS Challenge was designed to collect tack and supplies for centers, host classes at shows and fund awards for the EWD riders at shows.
Her leadership skills, attention to detail and ability to positively impact riders across the country helped her earn the award for 2018. All of the candidates were outstanding and NSBA is proud of each of them for their dedication to selfless service to their projects.

From Operation Gratitude stations, to mentoring programs, to raising awareness and rewarding volunteerism, NSBA kids come to play.
