AQHA Region 6 Championship Set For July 20-22

AQHA Region 6 exhibitors are preparing for the 2018 AQHA Region Six Championships, which begins July 20 at the Eastern States Exposition Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. The AQHA Regional Championships provides American Quarter Horse enthusiasts a chance to test their horse-showing skills. The entry deadline for the AQHA Region Six Championships was July 1. Late entries will be accepted at the show.

This regional championship is featured as part of the six-day Region Six Super 6 Series packed with a variety of classes starting at 7 a.m. on July 17 at the Eastern States Exposition Center. AQHA Region 6 classes kick off on Friday, July 20. AQHA judges Tom McBeath, Buddy Fisher, Kristy Starnes, Tanya Green, Gayle Lampinen and Suzy Jeane will judge the Region Six Super 6 Series. “These shows are the best way for exhibitors to get their feet wet in AQHA championship events,” said Pete Kyle, AQHA chief show officer. “Thanks to the help of our partners, competitors will be vying for some great prizes at each of the regional championship shows.”

Regions 1 and 2 will also hold Regional Championships this year. Exhibitors from every region are invited to attend a regional championships, but an exhibitor may only compete at one regional championships per year.
