Daily schedule and entry form now available!

Mark your calendars and pack your trailer for the 11th Annual NSBA World Show taking place August 13-21, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex. NSBA will offer all-breed classes over seven days and will pay out in excess of $500,000 in cash and prizes. In addition to the World Show classes, the NSBA Breeders Championship Futurity and Stakes classes are also offered. A trade show comprised of commercial exhibitors and pleasure horse professionals will be available to assist spectators during the week. Boot Camp

NSBA would like to congratulate Stephanie Miller from Colorado on being the 2016 Boot Camp Essay Contest winner! Natalie Ownens from North Carolina was the runner up. There is still time to sign up for the first boot camps taking place this summer across the country. Come ride with the industry’s top instructors during the two or three day clinics. Geared for all levels of riders, these professionals make their expertise available to anyone who wants to learn more. Riders Cup

Learn more about the 2016 Riders Cup taking place in Perry, Georgia!

The NSBA Riders Cup is an annual program, designed to award substantial and sustainable purses to NSBA Non Pro members and their professional trainers. Each year, significant amounts of prize money is offered in Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Trail, Western Riding and more! In 2016, the NSBA Riders Cup is expected to pay over $50,000 in total prize money to NSBA members over the course of the two day event. This years event will be moving locations to Perry, Georgia from December 1-4, 2016! The Riders Cup will be held with the Georgia Classic. Foundation Update

90 Riders in 90 Days is a success, #cowbodycourage, Silent Auction bidding online

In March of 2016, the NSBA Foundation expanded on its Grant Program and launched the 90 Riders in 90 Days campaign to help send 90 riders to the 2016 NSBA World Championship Show to compete in the Equestrians with Disabilities and Heroes on Horses program. The campaign was a tremendous success with help from many donors and NSBA members which will bring more riders to this year’s show. A big thank you to all who helped with their time, talent and treasure to support this awareness and fundraising effort!

As it is tradition in June, look for a fun #cowboycourage activity at the Tom Powers Triple Challenge Futurity! Tom and Dominique Powers graciously host an event every year to benefit the NSBA Trainers Crisis Fund. The T Shirts will be back! In addition, the Foundation is taking items for the Silent Auction held during the NSBA World Championship Show August 12-17, 2016.

New for this year- the auction will be using a LIVE online bidding form to make bidding easier for those at the show as well as at home! Anyone from anywhere can bid and help support the silent auction. Look for details to come on the NSBA Facebook page and on our website. This will also allow those who are not able to attend an opportunity to bid on some of the fabulous items like the AGCO/HESSTON NFR Tickets and Rodeo experience, beautiful artwork from some of our own industry’s best artists, family packages and more.

Yearling Sale

This years sale takes place August 19th!

The Breeders Championship Futurity Yearling Sale is a limited consignment sale designed to bring many of the nation’s top yearlings to public sale. It is open to all yearling enrolled in the NSBA Breeders Championship Futurity. The sale is set to take place August 19th during the NSBA World Championship Show. There will be a preview of all consigned yearlings on August 18th. Stay tuned to NSBA for more information in the coming weeks!
