New Products: POMMS For Ponies and Bit Butter

Equestrian competitors and their equine partners love POMMS premium ear plugs. Their comfortable textured surface not only helps muffle loud noises and distractions, they’re designed to promote relaxation by stimulating acupressure points within the inner ear.
Now, Equine Healthcare International, LLC has unveiled a few new additions to their product lineup, including PONY POMMS in a slightly smaller design for small equines! Not only will these smaller POMMS fit perfectly in the ears of ponies and miniature horses, they will work well for younger competition horses such as weanlings and yearlings and small breeds.

Another product that’s very popular overseas and gaining traction here in the U.S. is Bit Butter. Designed with mango butter, peppermint oil, beeswax, vitamin E, soybean oil, shea butter, and jojoba, the formulation is designed to replenish moisture and encourage acceptance of the bit. The mouth softening complex can be applied to the corners of a horse’s mouth and along the underside of the bit.
Due to popular demand, the company modified the equine formula to create Lip Butter Rider’s Therapy for equestrians.
