According to The Columbus Dispatch, a $38 million allocation from the state for two new buildings at the Ohio Expo Center has effectively shut down any rumors that The All American Quarter Horse Congress would consider another location for the annual event.
Reportedly, the money will be used to increase the number of horse stalls and begin construction of a new 100,000 square-foot multipurpose building.
