3 AjPHA Top Youth & Youth Club Contests Accepting Applications Through Nov. 1

Annually, APHA offers three contests that recognizes outstanding Youth members and clubs for their involvement with their community and AjPHA. Since many events and activities have had to be canceled due to COVID-19, the application deadline for these awards will be November 1, 2020.
- The AjPHA Club of the Year award recognizes outstanding AjPHA regional clubs. The winner of this award receives $1,000.
- The From the Heart award recognizes the AjPHA club that provides the most dedication and support to the AjPHA Presidential Project. The winning club will receive $500, sponsored by Markel Insurance.
- The AjPHA Member of the Year award recognizes a youth who is well-rounded and exemplifies the spirit of community involvement, volunteer work, scholarship & leadership. The winning Youth receives a beautiful custom-designed belt buckle and a $1,000 scholarship.
The material for the AjPHA Club of the Year and the From the Heart Award applications can include any activities from May 2019 to November 2020. Applications will be posted soon at https://apha.com/ajpha/forms/.
