2019 Premium Book For Paint Horse Congress
The 2019 Paint Horse Congress is scheduled for July 30th- August 5th in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If competitors pre enter by July 15th, they can show to the second set of judges for free! (Includes APHA classes only, must show in an APHA color class (SPBs in a SPB Halter classes, must pay office charge).
Judges will be Kelly Boles Chapman, Robert Dehn, Clint Fullerton, John Kunkle, Elizabeth Baker, Debbie Kail, Keith Miller, and Daren Wright.
