Recently, the Oregon Quarter Horse Association hosted the OQHA Winter Breakout Show, January 12-15 at the Oregon Horse Center in Eugene. In addition, the club hosted a number of AQHA Professional Horseman Clinics with both Beginner and Advanced sessions.
The first Beginner Clinic focused on Showmanship and was conducted with Savannah McGuire. The Advanced Showmanship Clinic was conducted by AQHA Judge Kelly Smith. A Beginner Trail Clinic was hosted by Laura Satern. The Advanced Trail Clinic was hosted by Kelly Smith.
John Hamer and Sarah Raschein hosted a Beginner Horsemanship Clinic and Kelly Smith hosted the Advanced Horsemanship Clinic. Finally, Chrissa Westbrooks hosted the Beginner Reining Clinic and John Irish hosted the Advanced Reining Clinic.
