As the 2015 AjPHA Youth World Championship Show quickly draws to a close, three more World Champions were named.
First up in the Walk-Trot Horsemanship, Ms Taylor Eller rode Sonny Dee Zippin to the win. The Reserve World Champion was Harper Smith with Double Shot of Scotch. Both these ladies switched places from their finishes earlier today in Walk-Trot Trail, where Smith was named the winner and Eller was Reserve.
Third place in Walk-Trot Horsemanship went to Ella Roberts with What R U Lookin At. The fourth place team was Lanna Kidd with Zippos Final Glo. Rounding out the top five was Skylar Vandorp with LBS Radical Formula.
13 and Under Horsemanship saw a few familiar faces in the winner’s circle. Caroline Nielson rode Sensational Dee to the win and was followed by Rebecca Figueroa with Just Say Whoa in Reserve. The third place team was Lauren Gralla with A Sudden Legacy. Fourth was Domenick Hiebing with Mr Sudden Pleasure. Rounding out the top five was Samantha Stubblefield with Only Roses Will Do.
Finally, one of the largest classes at the horse show, 14-18 Horsemanship, concluded by helping Kassandra Jones achieve an impressive hat trick. Earlier this week, Jones and “Slick” won 14-18 Showmanship, and, just this morning, the team won 14-18 Trail.
The Reserve World Champion in Horsemanship was Emma-Lee Schellenberg aboard Ima Special Delivery. Third place was Elizabeth Collins with Zippos Paycheck. Fourth was Lucie Lundquist with Optimized. Fifth place was Meredith Milton with A Subtle Impulse.
