2014 Alabama Summer Sizzler Update: $3,000 Guaranteed in Kim Rich Memorial Green Western Pleasure

The 2014 Alabama Quarter Horse Association Summer Sizzler is coming up May 23-26th at the W.O. Crawford Arena in Montgomery, Alabama. The show will provide six judges over the course of four days. Judges for Friday and Saturday will be Jackie Starnes, Mike Swain, and Rick Bailey. Judges for Sunday and Monday will be Keith Longacre, Merle Arbo, and Gary Hersom.

New for the 2014 event is the Green Western Pleasure that’s being sponsored by the Kim Rich Memorial. $3,000 is guaranteed to first place. There is a $100 entry fee, and 100% payback will be paid out for second through fifth place. In order to be eligible, competitors must show in Green Western Pleasure to all six judges.
