Moscow, ID – The 2013 Appaloosa World Sale is set for Wednesday October 30th at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The catalog deadline for consignments is September 10th. Consignors should be pleased to know that this year’s sale horses will be in a new stall area adjacent to the John Justin Arena, which is also the site for a Sale Preview just prior to the sale. With the services of Superior Livestock, the sale will have a worldwide audience via the Internet for viewing and bidding.
Of special interest is the fact that horses purchased in the Yearling Incentive portion of the sale will be eligible for $5,000+ payouts in each of three classes for two-year-olds at the 2014 World Show (Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle and Halter). Buyers in the Broodmare Incentive Sale will have the same opportunity when the resulting foals are two-year-olds.
